Family Pathways is seeking a Communications and Development Manager focused on online and in-person fundraising, event and campaign marketing, communications, public relations, website management. They are also accountable for digital and social media outreach to increase awareness of Family Pathways' programs, services, events, and community engagement to solicit volunteers and inform and cultivate donors.

Who You Are?

• A graduate with a bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent.
• Two years of experience in social media marketing with proven success.
• Two years of experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create content, conceive engaging narratives, and solicit stories.
• Passion for working for a mission-based organization.
• High attention to detail and flexible in nature.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• An ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and confidential matters.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; excellent listening skills.
• Strategic planning involvement with previous or current projects.
• Graphic design skills.
• Previous work in fundraising preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
