Communication Analyst / Officer, in Madrid (Spain)


The SPP communications Officer/Manager helps SPP communications Director to achieve function’s objectives and strategy in the following areas


External - Media relations: Promote & protect brand towards media in Spain and Portugal, developing Alstom image and notoriety as leader in green and smart mobility, via interviews, dedicated reports, press releases, advertorials, press visits, media breakfast…


External - Social Media: Expend our presence on local Twitter & LinkedIn accounts, following the editorial plan and encouraging employees to act as brand ambassadors on social media. Control and animate the communities (management, engineers, developers…) within Alstom.


External - Brand towards customers: Promote & protect brand towards customers and political stakeholders. Support commercial and business development teams (messages and visuals, tenders support, speaking opportunities, sponsorships and milestone promotion)


Internal Communication: Keep employees updated and informed of the relevant news regarding the strategy with the focus on motivation and involvement. Coordinate internal events and feed current and new internal tools (mailings, intranet, TVs, managerial and all-employees meetings, campaigns, bulletin….)


External and internal – Brand: Protect the brand guidelines and support business and function with brand advice (offices and sites, advertising, brochures, presentation…..)

Educational Requirements


University degree level in communications, marketing or business studies.

Master in communication and/or proven experience in the area.


Languages:

Spanish (mother tongue)

English – c1


Experience

  • 2-5 years in similar position preferable in a Multinational company
