The Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer's Prevention (WRAP) is one of the world's largest and longest running studies of individuals at risk for Alzheimer's disease with over 20 years of longitudinal data collection. WRAP is looking for an early-career applicant interested in joining our data and informatics team. The Clinical Trials Data Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our research chart flow procedures, pre-visit preparation, data entry, and post-visit processing. They will work closely with our Database Administrators on quality assurance to ensure high level data integrity. The position requires a detailed-oriented individual with good organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- 15% Collects, abstracts, and interprets subject data from medical records or other source documents. Records and submits subject data to study sponsors, resolves data queries, and verifies accuracy of data
- 20% Maintains research subject charts and ensures all data elements have been accurately collected
- 5% Provides administrative assistance to a research team
- 5% Assists with data aggregation and reporting for grants, publications, or to satisfy regulatory requirements
- 5% Analyzes protocols during development to determine data capture needs; and contributes to protocol document development
- 20% Performs quality checks
- 10% Assists with training of staff
- 20% Supervise student hourly staff

Bachelor's Degree
A minimally qualified applicant must have experience utilizing databases to perform tasks such as entering and retrieving data, using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel) and using virtual meeting platforms (e.g, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Experience with project management tools and database applications preferred. Some experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) programing and using KnowledgeBase (KB) a plus! Experience in a research or clinical setting following HIPPA requirements ideal.
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The exact schedule will be determined at the time of hire. There may be occasional weekend or night events this position may attend, however, these are infrequent and often optional.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

The starting pay rate for the position is $20/hour but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This position has been identified as a position that will be located in or regularly access UW Health locations. This position will need to adhere to UW Health policies and affiliated requirements. UW Health requires that anyone (all staff, faculty students, volunteers, and other affiliated individuals) working in or regularly accessing UW Health locations receive the COVID-19 primary vaccination series and first booster. This position will be required to adhere to that policy and if not in full compliance to have a plan for achieving full compliance within 40 days of the first day of employment.
