Clinical receptionist /administrator
Job description
Capitol Healthcare LLC is currently looking for a medical receptionist/administrator to work in our Speech/Occupational Therapy office located in Ellicott City, MD. The duties of the position include but are not limited to the following: answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance benefits, obtaining referrals, mangaging clinic cleaness and other various front desk duties.
The position requires work in office. The main role would be prompt answering the phone calls and texting for changing appointment schedule in fast pace.
This position is 20 to 30 hour /week and may grow as full time in near future based on the performance. The hourly rate is around $14 to 18 based on the experience.
Our clinic moved into a brand new office. All the therapists and staff are very friendly and ready to help each other grow professionally.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
