As the Clinical Director of Children's Residential services, you will work within our children's residential programs located throughout Burlington and Camden Counties. This position is based out of Pine Hill with travel within the field to various locations.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:15am-5:00pm with 45 minute unpaid lunch break; One evening per week; On- call responsibilities included.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of Children s group homes
• Provide direct supervision of professional staff
• Be available to consumers and staff on a 24 hour basis during emergencies
• Clinical Record Reviews
• Certification of Attendance
• Behavior Support Plans and Data Assessments
• Quality Assurance Review of DHS programs
• Policy Development
• Program Development
• BIC/Clinical Steering Committees
• Customer Service Satisfaction Survey System
• Training Requirement Management
• Annex A s review of deliverables
• Level of Service/Intake Management

Qualifications:

• Master s level degree in Social Work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university;
• Full NJ Clinical License (LCSW or LPC) with 3 years post-licensure experience;
• One (1) year experience working with youth;
• Knowledge of the Nurtured Heart Approach preferred;
• Clinical supervisor certificate preferred;
• Possession of a valid Driver s License required.
