Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP, an established civil litigation law firm based in San Francisco with an office in West Los Angeles, seeks a licensed California attorney for an Associate Attorney position in the West Los Angeles office to handle civil litigation defense. The candidate will have the opportunity to be the primary handling attorney on his/her own cases within a supportive and team-oriented environment. The candidate will be asked to handle court appearances, written discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients. Participating in trials is also a possibility. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney with prior litigation experience looking to gain or further develop litigation experience in an enjoyable and dynamic environment.

The firm offers a 401k plan with employer matching. The base salary is competitive with market and reflective of legal experience.
