Chief Financial Officer

We're looking for someone with solid financial experience to be part of our fast-growing team building and leasing out custom entertainer coaches.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of accounts and payroll records for BTS USA and BTS Interiors
• Administration and processing of all business expenses
• Online banking, statements and inter account transfers
• Downloading invoices
• Purchase ledger - posting supplier invoices, credits and payments. Calculating discounts where applicable
• Posting all bank transactions including supplier payments, customer receipts, direct debits etc
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and petty cash within bill.com/Xero, liaising with bank as necessary
• End of month routines including transfers and reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts and posting monthly journals, producing monthly reports
• Preparation of month end management accounts
• Provision of information for year-end financial statements and liaison with auditors for the annual audit
• Completion and submission of monthly sales tax returns and EC Sales list
• Management of company QSEHRA and ICHRA Reimbursement Schemes, maintenance of holiday records and end of financial year reports

Other duties:

• Ensuring the maintenance of vehicle records including addition and deletion of company vehicles with insurers, taxing vehicles, ordering and cancelling fuel cards and ensuring vehicle list kept up to date
• Negotiating new supplier contracts (Energy etc.)

Knowledge, skills and attributes:

• Qualified CPA, experience in the transport and/or manufacturing would be useful
• Good working knowledge of Xero, bill.com, Gusto, Excel and Microsoft office
• Great attention to detail, computer literate with strong numerical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and methodical approach to record keeping
• Solutions focused
• Knowledge and awareness of current legislation and regulation of financial accounts
