Renewal by Andersen is hiring for our Call Center agents at our Renton, WA office. As an agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.

This is an in-office role at our Renton, WA headquarters. Pay is $23 hourly PLUS an uncapped bonus averaging $275 to $550 monthly. We provide 3 weeks of paid training to get you started in this role.

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
