DUTIES

• Full time, on-site position w/occasional Saturdays (Typically 2 per month). No late evenings, nor Sundays.
• Answering inbound calls & internet leads and setting appointments for premium vehicle lines.
• Provide excellent guest/customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Customer Service Experience Required!

• Outstanding telephone skills and computer skills are a must
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively is necessary
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Paid initial training (5 days) will be held in Sebring, FL
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening
