Part-time Building Custodian needed!

Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms, hallways, customer lounges, restrooms, corridors, conference rooms, elevator, locker rooms, windows, doors, and other work areas.
• Sweeps, mops, waxes and /or polishes floors and stairs; shampoo rugs, laundry, and clean bubblers.
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Replenishes bathroom supplies (hand towels, toilet paper, soap, and lotion dispensers).
• Notifies maintenance in regards to any need for major and/or minor repairs to lighting, plumbing, etc.
• Cleans microwaves, refrigerators, and pizza ovens in cafeteria areas.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and bend.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Takes the initiative to complete tasks without supervision.
• Prior custodial / cleaning experience helpful, but not required.

Position hours:

• Monday thru Friday
• 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
