We require an efficient, reliable Office Bookkeeper/Administrator with Quickbooks experience to join our team. Although this position is primarily administrative and task related, the successful candidate will be motivated to find solutions to a variety of issues and also have excellent organizational skills and have strong knowledge of QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Input data using Quickbooks
• Perform basic office support functions including filing, faxing, photocopying, emailing, and scheduling meetings.
• Be familiar with names of colleagues, location of facilities, and emergency procedures in case of emergency.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
• Utilize spreadsheet software to manage tasks.
• Answer emails; copy and paste information into emails; create a signature file for use with email.
• Make presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
