Blackbelly is Hiring FOH Waitstaff - Servers
Blackbelly Restaurant is looking for Servers to join our already fantastic team. Our program is based on:

- Nose-to-tail butchering program in house with a focus on full utilization of all product, a lack of waste, and an appreciation for the animals we have the pleasure of serving.

- House cured and fermented charcuterie. The first in Boulder!!

- A chef driven kitchen with the breadth of knowledge to stretch and challenge not only our staff, but the clientele.

- A seasonal cocktail list derived with the same passion as our kitchen.

- An eclectic, ever changing wine and beer list with a passion for the little guy, biodynamics, organics, and locality.

- A close relationship with our farmers, ranchers, and all local purveyors.

- Involvement in our community, and responsibility to maintain its high standards

- Executive chef/Owner Hosea Rosenberg. Top Chef Season 5 Champion, and all around good guy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and cleanliness
• Attend to guest's needs
• Present and fully learn and understand menus, company ethos, and help guide customers as they select food/beverages
• Receive and deliver orders
• Work as a team with other restaurant staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

• Prior restaurant serving experience
• Fine dining steps of service
• Wine service and presentation
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy

Pay includes base hourly rate and shared FOH tip pool.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
