Overview:
The Back of House Team Member's top priority is fresh, fast, and safe food to exceed Guests' Expectations! At either the new Ponce & Boulevard Location, or Glenwood Place this role ensures all food safety practices are implemented in accordance with the Fulton County Health Department and Chick-fil-A Brand. This psositon requires execution of all food products correctly temped, stored, cooked, and packaged.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Shift required:
5am-2pm or 2pm-close

Ensuring Guest Satisfaction through Food Quality & Taste
Follow Behavioral Discplines for each position
Preparation of all food products to Chick-fil-A Quality Standards
Fast & Efficient with food made in 45 seconds or less and 100% order accuracy
Exceed Customer Experience Monitor Goals
