AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE/Internet Sales

We are currently looking to add a motivated team member in our Business Development Center (BDC). Spanish speaking/Bilingual is a plus as is Auto experience but not necessary. The Automotive BDC Representative is responsible for making sales/service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Thie compensation for this role is hourly plus commission. We will be completely remodeling our facility as well come Spring.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Making outbound calls, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
  • Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to customer website requests.
  • Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule service appointments,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
