Position description
Currently, we are seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) to join our team in Los Angeles, on the City National Bank Account.

Position Summary:
Work as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development of scope and schedule for project work
Provide superior client service
Enhance own professional and personal skills by participating in JLL trainings and learning sessions.
Meet assigned financial targets

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Report to: Team Lead/ Senior Director

Minimum Required Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:
Provide support on various sizes of projects and assignments
Maintain scope and schedule for assigned projects
Work with Relocation Project Manager to coordinate move related projects and be trained for essential Move, Add, and Changes function
Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs, POs, and Invoices
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation
Interact and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for project finances and close out
Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practices

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
Ability to prepare and track budgets
Understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and moves
Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture and space planning concepts a plus
Flexibility with work hours and travel, as needed
One (1) year practical experience for Accounts and 2-3 years of practical experience in a project administration or accounting position required
Experience in construction management or real estate preferred
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level Colleagues
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Projects
