As a Assembler /Welder laborer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, creating key components for building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.

Job duties:

• Machine operation
• Pressing pieces of sheet metal
• Welding
• Blueprint reading
• Assembling steel stud walls

Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Proficient in using tools such as saws, sanders, drills, planers, etc. is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed

Other Requirements

• A Can-do attitude
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proper insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to work in noisy conditions with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye and ear protection

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
