As an Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and inspections in support of Van Metre's warranty program for the subdivisions assigned. This person will need to ensure materials and VPO's are ordered and entered before the service appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding Van Metre's home warranty program
• Perform service inspections for subdivisions assigned
• Verify if VPO is required prior to beginning service
• Enter VPO's for any service item requiring one from their inspection
• Order material needed for any service they inspected and ensure it will be on hand prior to the service appointment
• Assist Service technicians on the sites assigned to ensure on-time completion
• Perform necessary tasks and conduct service appointments as assigned
• Assist with service appointments in the event of an escalation
• Communicate with subdivision Construction Manager to maintain consistent service
• Communicate with Senior Service Manager on a daily basis

Requirements:

• 5+ years in customer service
• 3+ years of experience in home service, construction, renovation
• Proficiency with technology, mobile devices, i.e. iPad, smartphone
• Proficiency with software such as PDF expert, web based applications
• Familiarity with use of issue tracking system, builder portals
• Ability to proactively make on the spot decisions while maintaining our core values
• Must have tools and reliable transportation
