AUTOMOTIVE APPOINTMENT SPECIALIST

The Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for enthusiastic, and self-motivated professionals to help us grow our sales force to keep up with growing demand. This entry level position is perfect for individuals looking to get a foot in the door in the automotive industry.

Job Duties:

• Make outbound phone calls and receive inbound call center phone calls
• Set sales and service appointments
  • Respond and book to internet
  • SOP requests and accessory sales
  • Service reminders
  • Review and survey service/prospect follow-up
  • Respond to internet leads
• Establish and maintain good working relations within dealership departments; promote seamless transition of customer relationship to sales and service departments
• Relay product knowledge and standards. Maintain required certifications and licensing for the position.
• Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Clay Cooley Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• General familiarity with a variety of automobiles
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
