Vestas Mediterranean (MED) is an independent business unit of Vestas Wind Systems, responsible for the Mediterranean area and African markets. Its mission is to develop these markets in terms of sales, project installation and customer service. The Service Department is responsible for the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms, and for guaranteeing the maximum performance of each wind turbine throughout its life. In addition, it ensures that the wind turbines operate at their maximum capacity and generate maximum energy for customers. Consequently, this team is essential to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

In direct collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, your main tasks will be:

• Management of documentation and maintenance according to the regulations and standards of the company

• Obtain documentation from various sources, verify that it is completed correctly and prepare it for the client and the project manager.

• Data management and maintenance of these in the program SAPDMS.

Qualifications:

As Service Operations Support you are required to have:

• Academic training in business administration and management (FP II or a bachelor’s degree)

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in MS office including excel, word, Powerpoint and Outlook

• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions outside the established, flexibility and willingness to propose areas for improvement.

• Knowledgeable in SAP.
