ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate accounts of all sources of revenue generated through the Guest Services Department.
    • Respond to all inquiries from Visit Corpus Christi or other convention groups in a timely manner
    • Assist Guest Relations Manager with upkeep of budget and data entry of expenditures
    • Communicate timely department memos / updates to all members of the guest services department.
    • Maintain accurate inventory of visitor maps, office/department supplies or equipment and procure when needed.
    • Collaborate with Guest Relation Coordinator on any ordering of supplies for 4D Theater.
    • Respond to customer requests, concerns, and complaints, via phone, email or in person.
    • Enter non-existing groups of student groups into online booking platform to allow them to complete online bookings.
    • Reply to and create bookings for incoming non-student groups.
    • File booking paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist Guest Relations Manager in budget development.
    • Be articulate on the phone and be able to describe TSA products to gain and maintain business.
    • Manage and maintain accurate data entry of invoices and recordkeeping in KMIT.
    • Complete a daily report regarding current status of school group self-guided bookings sold via the online booking platform and verification of payment via online platform.
    • Request ticket printing through Accounting department and mail/deliver pre-paid tickets as needed
    • Prepare correspondence and reports by use of word processing and spreadsheets.

QUALIFICATIONS:


A one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months of related experience and/or training is required for consideration. An equivalent combination of education or experience may also meet the required qualifications.
