We currently have an opening for the perfect Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

*Calling on past due accounts to inquire about payments & entering into accounting system

*Perform weekly & monthly reporting

*Composing professional emails to customers about past due accounts

*Maintaining excellent customer relations with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

*Resolving issues by clarifying, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions and escalating unresolved issues

*Opening & distributing incoming mail including checking the mail box each day

*First point of contact for any visitors coming into the building as you will sit at the front desk
