Summary: Responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post sales.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:

• Post New Vehicle sales and calculate sales commission
• Posts New Vehicle dealer trades to general ledger
• Verifies that cash is received for vehicle sales
• Process Product enrollments and monitor schedule
• Assist with Daily Reconciliation of parts & service sales to clearing account
• Assist with accounts payable
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
• Scanning
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned
