Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. Your tasks
- You will be responsible for financial accounting and the proper execution of accounts receivable, accounts payable and investment accounting, including payment transactions.
- You be responsible for the local closing processes
- First point of contact for issues relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Bank postings
- You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and will take over internal reporting tasks.
- Posting accruals and deferrals
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- You work together with our tax advisor on annual financial statements and be responsible for the year end audit with our external auditors.
- Correspondence with internal and external contacts
- Finance projects
- Implement Spanish accounting
Your profile
- Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area)
- Must have Knowledge of accounting according to Spanish regulations and tax laws
- Knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and PGC
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Good IT skills related to ERP implementations
- English and Spanish is mandatory German is a plus
- Flexibility and reliability
- Ability to communicate and team player
- Open minded
- at least 5 years experience required.
