Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for financial accounting and the proper execution of accounts receivable, accounts payable and investment accounting, including payment transactions.
  • You be responsible for the local closing processes
  • First point of contact for issues relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Bank postings
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and will take over internal reporting tasks.
  • Posting accruals and deferrals
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • You work together with our tax advisor on annual financial statements and be responsible for the year end audit with our external auditors.
  • Correspondence with internal and external contacts
  • Finance projects
  • Implement Spanish accounting

Your profile

  • Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area)
  • Must have Knowledge of accounting according to Spanish regulations and tax laws
  • Knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and PGC
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Good IT skills related to ERP implementations
  • English and Spanish is mandatory German is a plus
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to communicate and team player
  • Open minded
  • at least 5 years experience required.
