The Leavitt Group’s affiliate, Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff and Cottonwood is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to add to their team. A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with producers and commercial lines managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has roughly 5-10 years of experience and has their CIC designation. The book of business will be covering industries such as construction, oil and gas, trucking and transportation, and auto-dealers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the Producer
• Daily ongoing relationship with Managers regarding specific deadlines and on-going projects/tasks
• Work with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)
• Work with assigned Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected markets
• Follow up with Markets for quotations
• Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
• Create Proposal booklets
• Check for any discrepancies b/w submission/quotation/proposal
• Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meeting with the producer directed by the Account Executive
• Work with Producer to provide binders of insurance/Get client sign off
• Certificate issuance
• Check policies with submission/quotation/proposal
• Invoice
• Check endorsements against Account Executive requests
• Issue auto ID Cards

Requirements:

• Valid P&C license, active in the state of Arizona
• 5-10 years of experience, with CIC designation
• Must have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have experience with carrier rating software
• Experience with the AMS 360 is highly preferred
