Job Summary
Responsible for managing one or more projects/line of business in line with business needs and strategic targets. The project manager is responsible for developing and executing project-specific strategies, for the sustainable profitability of the project(s), in line with company goals. To accomplish the above, the project manager is responsible for leading and coordinating effective cross-functional team efforts.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead/coordinate strategy development for the program(s) under his/her watch in order to solidify or grow the company’s position and market share
- Design and implement developmental action plans
- Identify risks to performance and pro-actively work with other departments to mitigate impact to plan
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects and promote cross-functionality
- Identify specific opportunities and lead cross-functional internal and third party/vendor teams to improve program performance and market position/competitiveness by executing on such opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Predict third party/vendor resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for multiple projects
- Advise on developmental strategies and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Assess change impact and lead change management activities
- Other duties as required
Additional Job Requirements

- Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling- 15 to 25%

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and five to 7 years’ related industry experience and/or training.
- A proven track record in leadership positions, preferably in program management, revenue cycle, sales, finance, customer support or a combination of the above.
- Experience in the relevant industry specific to the program(s) and familiarity with its stakeholders and requirements.

- Ability to think strategically while also being able to “deep dive” into tactical tasks

Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Familiar with ERP environments
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Change Management Certification preferred
