What technical skills will you need?

  • One or more years of experience working with an IT Managed Services Provider, with exposure to troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing technologies
  • Skills and certifications in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, M365, Azure, etc.) are highly favored
  • Strong IT fundamentals are a must. Firm understanding of technologies such as DNS, LAN/WAN architecture, Windows Server, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 administration are all critical must-have skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Domains, and Group Policies will be required for success
  • Exposure to Azure Active Directory, MFA, and Conditional Access Policies
  • Attention to detail for this position is paramount. Must be able consistently follow documented processes thoroughly and accurately
  • Bonus: Experience working with VoIP technologies

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Work with multiple small to medium sized businesses managing Windows, Windows Server, Mac, networking, and desktop support requests
  • Assist end-users with technical support requests related to email, VPN, share drives, printers, and other day-to-day IT support-related items in a timely manner
  • Provision new user accounts and workstation hardware for new employee onboarding requests.
  • Accurately log incidents into a centralized ticketing platform with professional, thorough, and consistent communication to the customer, along with documenting notes internally for actions taken
  • Follow up on pending and outstanding tickets to ensure issue resolution and complete customer satisfaction
  • Perform occasional customer office visits to deliver equipment, address pending support-related items that require boots on the ground, and use this time to continue to build positive rapport with our family of clients

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
