Family owned and operated automotive repair facility we specialize in transmission rebuilds located in New Windsor. We are a very busy shop and are a growing team looking for people wanting to advance their career in the automotive industry. We treat all employees with respect and appreciation for their contributions to the company.

We are looking for a technician of any skill level. You will be responsible for diagnosing vehicles and repairs.

We DO NOT work weekends, Holidays off, Paid Training, Shop Tools to use, PTO, Paid Holidays.

Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities depending on skill level include but aren't limited to:
Showing up at for work ontime and ready to work
Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
Keep logs on work and issues
Road test vehicles pre and post repairs
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Keeping a clean and safe work environment

Skills:
Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs.
Self starter with time management skills
Excellent physical condition
High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus
