Your Role With Us:

As the Women’s & Children’s Services Administrative Assistant III at Salem Health you provide a high level confidential administrative support to the service line director as well as the leadership teams and medical directors in the WCS division. Unit-specific tactical support will be needed for making appointments, including complex calendaring, AV equipment and catering requests, preparing reports, data collection, spreadsheet analysis, charting and graphing as requested. We are looking for accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll through maintaining/updating/validating timekeeping records in timekeeping software, and problem-solving payroll issues. You will take the minutes at various complex (multiple presenters & discussions) meetings, complete and distribute these in a timely manner and completes special projects as requested. If you communicate effectively among diverse groups, provide a high degree of customer service and confidentiality, and develop and maintain good working knowledge of the programs and policies existing at Salem Health this is the right fit for you.

Background/Expertise:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a secretarial position in a medical setting required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required.
